Compassionate Counselling for Life’s Complex Moments

Supporting carers, older adults, and individuals navigating illness, grief, and change—through telehealth across NSW.

Life doesn’t always go to plan—and during times of uncertainty, change, or emotional overwhelm, it can make all the difference to feel heard, understood, and supported.

I offer professional counselling and social work services grounded in kindness, respect, and collaboration. My approach isn’t about “fixing” you; it’s about working together to make sense of what you’re experiencing and finding new ways forward that are guided by your values, your story, and your pace.

Whether you're caring for someone with dementia, living with chronic or progressive illness, grieving a loss, or feeling the weight of life’s transitions, I’m here to meet you with compassion and clarity.

My Counselling Approach

My practice draws on Narrative Therapy and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) —two evidence-based approaches that centre your values and voice. I also incorporate mindfulness, and trauma-informed care.

What this means for you: we create a safe, collaborative space to explore what’s happening in your life and build practical, meaningful strategies that honour your experience.
